I’m Maya Lyons, owner of Mai Pilates.
I believe that movement is medicine and should be made available to everyone. The practice of Pilates is an effective way to introduce an impactful regimen of healing and strengthening movement to your life. Through my Pilates studio, I offer 1:1 personalized, targeted sessions to fit each and every body.

What happens in a 1:1 Session
Each session will begin each with a Myofascial foot release and breathwork.
Next there will be personalized movement flow for 45 minutes.
Lastly we will devote the last 5-10 min to individual needs that were not covered in your movement flow.

Follow your initial assessment with a 3-session series that re-patterns your movement, releases tension, and builds functional alignment and strength. Each session is personalized to your body’s needs so progress is felt and lasting.

My membership gives you consistent guidance and support to maintain alignment, release tension, and strengthen your body over time. Choose 4 or 8 sessions per month to fit your schedule and goals.
